Proposing experiments:

Everyone who is planning to propose an experiment using the framework of SUNFLOWER is strongly encouraged to contact the Steering Committee well before submitting the proposal. It is recommended to join at least one experiment. Please see the 'Proposing Exp.' page for the details.
