Reservation and Payment

Interested parties are urged to book early so as not to be disappointed as spaces and opportunities are limited. Placements will be made on a first come first served basis.

Reserving the opportunity

In order to reserve the exhibit space or sponsorship package, interested parties are asked to fill in the attached form and send it to hiat2015[at]ribf.riken.jp. Reservations are guaranteed only after full payment is received. Exhibitor and sponsorship application closes June 30, 2015.

Payments and terms

Invoices for payment for bank transfer will be sent out within two weeks of receipt of order (download order form). Please note that the bank transfer fee must be paid by the exhibitors/sponsors. Full payment is due within 60 days of invoicing but not later than July 15, 2015.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be requested by email to hiat2015[at]ribf.riken.jp. Cancellations processed before July 15, 2015 will get a full refund less 15,000 JPY processing fee. Cancellations during July 15-Aug15, 2015 will get a 50% refund. Cancellations after Aug. 15, 2015 will not be refunded.
