Conference Program

Student Financial Support

Financial support will be available to a selected number of students. It will cover a part of living expenses for a period of this conference. The student category applies to students registered for a Ph.D. or Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in accelerator physics or engineering. Supported students will be expected to assist the speakers and delegates during the conference sessions and registration formalities.
In order to be considered for support, students must register poster session and posters should be mounted during reception on Sunday, September 6, in addition to regular session on Monday/Wednesday. They must arrive at the conference venue prior to opening of the registration desk, so that they can attend a compulsory orientation and training session on Sunday afternoon.
