Poster Presentations

Poster Set-Up:

Posters should be legible from a distance of 1-2 meters. The title of the poster (identical to the Paper), name(s) of author(s) and institution should be written on the poster.

We recommend that authors bring with them copies of a printed summary of their paper for distribution among interested participants.

Posters shall have a maximum width of 90 cm and be at least 80 cm x 100 cm in size (Note: ISO A0 format can only be displayed in portrait arrangement).

Posters should be set up before the opening session in the Monday morning so participants may be visited during the first coffee break. Authors should attend to their posters through the poster session period. Two poster sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday afternoon.

All the posters are expected to be removed after closing session so participants may be visited during the coffee break in the  Friday morning.

Mounting Material

Posters mounting material will be provided by the Secretariat.

Poster Presentation

Authors are reminded that no contribution is accepted for publication only. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will be excluded from the proceedings. The Scientific Programme Committee reserves the right to refuse papers for publication that have not been properly presented or staffed in the poster sessions. Manuscripts of contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered to be posters, and papers represented in this way will not be accepted for publication.
