略歴
研究室プロフィール
重イオンの種類・エネルギー・粒子数を精密に制御し、目的とする遺伝子や染色体領域に応じた変異を誘発するテーラーメイド型品種改良技術を開発しています。さらに、重イオンにより生じる染色体再編成とエピゲノム変化の関係を解析し、ゲノム機能や表現型変化の理解を目指します。本研究室で培われてきた品種改良の実績を基盤として、基礎研究と応用育種を往還させ、新たな育種原理の確立を目指します。
